- Johkutunturi base area: 2 plots for tourism services, zoning change in progress.
- Town harbour: 1 café or rental plot, zoning change in progress.
Vacant premises
- Retail space in the centre, Kirkkotie 10, 85 m², street level, available from 1 Jan 2027.
- Hall on Teollisuustie, 240 m², lifting door and office.
- Workspace at Verstas: dedicated desk on a monthly basis.
